Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

Now is your chance to own a robotic vacuum. CNET's best-rated models will be available during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with discounts up to 57%..

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping, with apps-based no-go zones, and its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also automatically refills and self-empties its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.

The Roomba J7+ is iRobot's most intelligent robot vacuum to date. Its most notable advancement, however, is its camera-based obstacle detection system. It uses AI to identify objects like charging cords and shoes. It's also the first to automatically send you a picture of any object it encounters to let you know to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo j7+ is also the best robot vacuum ebay to mop we've ever tested, picking up dirt and spills with ease and leaving no trace that it was there. It's simple to control via the iRobot Home app that allows you to schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't clean areas you don't want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it with a voice.

The design is also better than the competition. It features an elegant, top piece that resembles an toy, not a loud and obnoxious robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt Disposal System is also self-emptying which will reduce your cleaning time.

In our tests, the j7+ was quick to pick up and remove dust, dirt and pet hair. Its counter-rotating rubber brush rolls kept the debris in one location rather than sending it scattering across the floor. It was able to collect small gravel, sand and even a little grit. Most robots could not achieve this feat. It did this without getting tangled in our pet's hair.

Although it's not as efficient as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum, which isn't able to clean stairs, the j7+ is still a solid option for those who need mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not too expensive, and the iRobot app makes it very user-friendly.

While the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that work with robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and sometimes it's hard to determine whether the update actually working until you've seen it in the action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking to purchase a vacuum that does more than simply clean floors, the best choice is probably hybrid. This category of bots typically includes a built-in water tank that allows them to vacuum and mop your home simultaneously. These bots also come with various additional features like smart mapping and small object avoidance and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. The disadvantage is that they tend to be pricey at full retail, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they are often reduced in price.

Roborock makes several of our top robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn't perform to the standards. This is their least expensive auto-empty model, and while it's not equipped with some of the premium features found on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing sacrifice a little to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is exceptionally gentle when it comes to obstacles such as walls and table legs. This makes it a great choice for homes that have lots of furniture. It's also very thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is an area that many robot vacuums that are less expensive aren't able to meet. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is excellent as well, with only a few missing in corners and along walls.

Like other Roborock devices as well, the Q5+ can be controlled with a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleanings, set schedules, create virtual barriers and no-go zones and modify your home map or change the labeling of rooms.

If you select the Q5+ it comes with a brand new auto-emptying dock, designed to make the robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver but once it's installed, emptying the bin is done with relative ease. It has a large LCD screen which is helpful when setting up schedules and altering settings. This feature isn't essential for the majority of people, but it can help to keep track of the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot vacuum cleaner mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its vacuuming and mopping capabilities. Its design is one of the top in the market however, it's costly.

It's a tiny base station that looks great and can be hidden when not in use. But the station's main selling feature is the way it automatizes numerous tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you. It can store dirty and clean water and electrolyze and heat the water. Many other robots require this.

Its vacuuming is also impressive. It's the only robovac I've tested that does an excellent job of removing debris from bare floors. It's also not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

But the Freo X Ultra has its shortcomings, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its laser and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs. This means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of the house. It's not able navigate stairs as well as competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that lets the user to set up an exclusive cleaning zone for carpets with plush padding.

Although it doesn't provide the same amount of cleaning-related options in its app or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still an excellent choice for anyone looking for an all-around great mop and vacuum cleaner that's worth the premium price price.

If you're looking to save some cash, or just don't care about the limitations of this robot cleaning machine there are many other great choices on the market with a wide range of eufy models for substantially less. The Eufy Qrevo Curv, for example, is cheaper and offers a similar in-app experience with more features like stair climbing, a full-function dock, and better overall vacuuming performance on bare floors and low and high-pile carpets.

4. Eufy RoboVac g30

Eufy, an Anker company is a long-standing leader of making robot vacuums that strike a good balance between performance, features and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning of hard floors as well as mopping, carpets and other surfaces at a reasonable price. It's easy to setup simply by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn on and plug in the charging dock. The app walks you through a few steps to connect it to Wi-Fi. After that, the G30 is ready to go. You'll need to place the dock close to an outlet for power and enough space for it to move around however.

The G30 is a tiny device that measures 2.85 inches in height, which means it will fit under most couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is a little less ostentatious than some rival models, with sleek black finishes and three buttons that are physical: auto vacuum cleaner (Www.graphicscience.Jp) Cleaning start/pause, Recharge and Spot Cleaning (which cleans the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). It is also possible to connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to do unscheduled cleaning with voice commands.

The primary feature that sets the G30 above the rest is the way it cleans. It uses an integrated map to draw an image of the unmovable items that are in its path. It can remember the things it has cleaned and what it is unable to access. When it needs to recharge, it returns to its base, and then resumes cleaning where it started.

robot-vacuum-mops-logo-text-black-png-original.jpgThe elegant G30 has some flaws. The iRobot Roomba is better built and has lower cost of operation. It is faster to charge, Auto Vacuum Cleaner has the same battery life and is more effective on bare flooring or carpet with a low pile. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't have to be emptied as often and comes with an array of boundary strips to keep it away from certain areas. The G30 is cheaper and easier to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't have to be empty as often and it's less difficulty with bulky items such as cereal.
