Glyphs
Glyphs can be used to add decorative and functional elements to an OpenType font. The Glyphs Panel allows you to add and view these unique characters as well as regular symbols like em and en dashes, as well as trademark symbols that are registered.
Each Glyph provides a primary stat boost for the character. It also has up to four secondary stats that affect the glyph's radius on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage boost that is multiplied by additional bonuses, excluding Speed Glyphs that directly increase the hero’s speed.
Selecting the Glyphs and clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will display a window with the Glyphs that are available to you. Note that only the right type of Glyph can be applied to the selected item in that each weapon, jewelry or armor piece has distinct sets of Glyphs.
You can level up Glyphs by finishing Tree of Whisper Quests or Nightmare Dungeons. The more difficult the dungeon, the higher the amount of Glyph experience that you will earn. Rare glyphs, however, may offer dual bonuses in the event that certain conditions are met and therefore are worth checking out for too.

Rerolling
Rerolling is a method in which you create a brand new account to give yourself more opportunities to play a character or weapon that you are interested in. It can assist you in gaining more experience or to get better loot, like a better weapon for your current character. Many players will play until the character they wish to play is available, regardless of ability. It could be that they like the style or the personality of the character.
You should ensure that you make clean changes when you restart. You should check locally to see if the patch passes the pre-commit test and run a core dev check. You should also upload the patch to an issue with plain diff (see What is an interdiff? ).
Rerolls could take days or weeks to complete, based on the luck of the draw. During this time, you should avoid any optional enemy camps to cut down on time. In addition, you should avoid re-doing any quests that are completed later in the game. This can save you time and energy.
Another important consideration when rerolling is to make sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are a variety of ways to enhance your character's appearance as well as power. Upgrades, rerolling characters, and upgrading weapons are all options. Additionally, it is important to know the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling may not be necessary but it's a way to increase the chances of acquiring a certain character or upgrade items weapon. It can be used to determine which character is the best or to test different builds and playstyles.

However it's important to remember that not all set items are suitable candidates for upgrading. Certain sets, such as the FB Sorc Whistan's shield or Naj's puzzler staff are already exceptional in their own right and don't require upgrading. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and have a lot of use (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to increase their performance even more.
